This tour will include start in London, attending the ICE Expo, followed by a visit to South Africa where you’ll get to see the latest in Gaming, Hospitality, Loyalty Programmes & F&B offerings throughout.  South Africa has  similarities to Australia, with a strong ‘local’ customer base. Having faced lean times they’ve had to diversify and improve their F&B offerings and increase their focus on systems, loyalty and customer service – improving their commercial viability.

You’ll experience guided back of house tours of hotels and restaurants together with hands on experience and visit the different casinos with presentations from local IGT staff . This tour aims to give you insights and ideas that you will be able to transport back into your business operations in Australia.
