  • We voluntarily run a trust account which is independently audited every year. This makes us subject to the laws of running a trust account, and guarantees we hold your money in trust and only use it for your own travel. If you are one of our loyal clients, you will receive a detailed credit note outlining your balance held as well as supplier conditions.
  • We remain optimistic and we have a detailed continuity plan in place to ensure we’re here for you when this situation ends. We know it will.
  • We know there is little you can do for us right now, but when life returns to normal and you’re ready to book your corporate or holiday travel or your conference or event, our team will be ready to look after you, your families, friends and anybody you could refer to us. Group Travel

Group numbers can range in size from 15-500, although we can cater for very large groups, CCM Travel never lose sight of what is most important – the individual. We go to great lengths to ensure that each traveller or delegate is treated as an individual and never viewed as “one of the group”. Depending on the nature and size of the group, CCM can also provide Tour Escorts to accompany the groups from departure to return.
