Fair Trading Policy

CCM Travel adheres to and undertakes all regulations, standards and guidelines set by these industry organizations. It maintains a fair trading policy in all aspects of their business.

CCM Travel will endeavour to assist, support and provide superior travel services to all customers.

Terms & Conditions

All communications and transactions with CCM Travel staff and/or their authorised representatives are governed by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Disclaimer clause

All information obtained and provided to CCM Travel by third parties, is deemed to be accurate and reliable.
CCM Travel will not accept responsibility for any travel services, rules and conditions that are incorrectly represented and disclaim all express or implied warranties and shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of information obtained from this web site.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is to be made immediately upon booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your place on a tour you will be subject to the following penalties:

Deposit Forfeit
Travel from date of booking to 30 days prior to departure

30-21 days prior to departure 50% of tour price
21-16 days prior to departure 75% of tour price
Within fifteen days of departure 100% of tour price
* The above fees apply to CCM Travel. Please note levels may vary from providers applicable to your specific tour *

Conferences

Please contact our office for cancellation policy, as this will vary depending on the conference location and planners.

4. Currency Fluctuation Policy

Tours are costed at the time the tour is first organised on minimum touring numbers and the current exchange rate. Should there be a variation in the exchange rate a recosting will occur.

Our on-line reservation system is operated by Events Interactive.

Privacy Policy

CCM Travel is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your reservations, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalize your needs with travel; that’s all.
CCM Travel uses cookies to allow you to login to your booking. Cookies sent to your computer from CCM Travel only last while your browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalized  experience by displaying tours that interest you throughout our product pages.

Security Policy

When purchasing from CCM Travel your financial details are passed through our secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and it is again encrypted using encryption algorithm which is at least 64-bit. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion, trillion years to break.

Access to Information

CCM Travel strive to maintain the accuracy of our information  Users may contact us about any inaccuracies they may find.  Users may delete their information from our database by sending us an email.

Problem Resolution

If problems arise, users may contact us by email or phone .We are committed to resolving disputes ASAP.

CCM Travel protects user information with the following security measures for payment information : using  security protocols, secure servers, firewalls, SSL encryption and other technology and procedures used to protect consumer privacy.

Pricing Policy

CCM Travel pricing is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 1st July 2000 for local tours. No GST applies to international travel.

If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the alternate agent together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Disclaimer

Although as mentioned we will take all care and make all effort to keep your information private however, we will not be held legally responsible for any breach as the information may be divulged to other parties which has been obtained by methods which are beyond our reasonable control.
