January 1980: Commenced work in the travel industry at Stephens International Travel, Sydney Employed on a full training program in all aspects of working in an IATA Travel Agency
May 1984: Moved to Gullivers Sports Travel to take on a more specialised role in group travel – in particular sporting events, rugby tours, netball tournaments both domestic and international
November 1987: Advanced to Sandford Travel Double Bay to integrate sporting travel expertise with Corporate Travel. Eventually headed the Group and Incentive Division and became a director and shareholder in 1994
January 1997: Established CCM Travel with Karen Caba in 1997
October 2008: Bought out Karen Caba to become sole owner of CCM Travel.
Catherine is a keen traveller with specialist knowledge of the USA in particular New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco as well as Hong Kong and Macau, East and Southern Africa

Anthony joined CCM in November 2012. Coming to the team with a background in sales in the Real Estate sector, travel was a new and exciting career path to embark on. Being a fast learner and a keen traveller Anthony settled in quickly and is now skilled in all aspects of the company.
Having introduced new retail and corporate clients to our business he is now focusing on the Group Travel & Conference Management division of CCM. To date he has travelled with more than 20 groups to the USA, Asia, South Africa and UK and now offers firsthand knowledge of these destinations and continues to travel to many other destinations in his free time to become an expert in as many countries as possible !
All with the end goal of offering our clients the best experience possible with a seamless, stress free travel experience.
Accounts & Administration Manager
Angela joined CCM Travel in 2003. She has a Diploma in Frontline Office Management and has more than 20 years experience working in Office administration, accounts and function planning.
Angela previously worked the Hospitality department, specialising in Club Management and Harbour Cruise conferences and events.
Conference & Events Manager
Janelle has been with CCM Travel for five years and she has worked in the industry for over 20 years of her career and has specialised in the meetings industry, incentive travel markets and sports marketing.
Her experience and insight, while working with many corporations domestically and internationally on high profile events, has led to her success within the industry.
Corporate Travel Manager
Amanda joined CCM Travel in 1999, after coming from a Corporate and Retail travel background at Sanford Travel in Double Bay. This is where she met Catherine Mancuso.
Amanda’s travel career has spanned some 20 years, and she is known for her dedicated and personal approach in all situations.
After a brief sabbatical from the travel industry, she re-joined us in June 2011 and heads up our Corporate Travel department specialising in fares and complex travel itineraries.
Group Travel Consultant
Jackelyn, the youngest of the team, commenced employment at CCM Travel in August 2014 in a junior role. Having successfully completed her Diploma of Events Management, Travel and Tourism with distinctions the next step was to get firsthand experience in one of Sydney’s leading Corporate and Incentive Agencies.
Jackelyn has already developed a strong passion and understanding for travel both in the retail sense as well as learning the intricacies of the Groups and Incentive business, including the management of our online Groups system Cvent. Whilst learning every day on the job Jackelyn shows an exceptional work ethic and enthusiasm that is infectious.
Having already worked hands on with groups to Asia, The USA, New Zealand as well as domestic travel within Australia she is quickly becoming the go to person for our small to medium groups.
